ArmCare Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Program

Reduce your Risk of Injury

If you are not testing, you are guessing.

Know the strengths and weaknesses of your arm to properly train and reduce your risk of overuse injuries.

One in four youth and high school pitchers will experience a shoulder or elbow injury that requires medical attention and time away from the game.

Test

The player will have an initial clinical assessment that includes set up and training for an ArmCare account, sensor and interpretation of the ArmCare results.

Train

The player will have daily training via an app with video instructions on how to properly perform each exercise.

Monitor

The players ArmCare results will be monitored and any concerning findings will be relayed to the player, parent or pitching coach.

Reassess

The player will be reassessed at biannual clinical evaluations.  Players will perform weekly fresh and post-work out examinations via the ArmCare arm sensor.

Reliant’s ArmCare Program at Pro Pitching will begin the Fall Session.

Players must have their Initial Clinical Exam at Reliant prior to testing at our ArmCare Lab at Pro Pitching.
